1) Research: You need to sell items that are in high demand on eBay. The best way to find out is eBay Pulse. This tool will show you top ten searches on eBay that people are searching.

Browse through similar items and completed listings on eBay to see what is selling, how often, for how much and how other sellers describe similar items and what categories they are selling in. The more you trade on eBay, the more you will get the hang of what is selling and what is not selling on eBay. 

2) The Basics: Attract more buyers by writing a title that is descriptive and uses keywords that are relevant to the item you are Selling on eBay.

Take a digital photo of your item - make sure it is clear, and upload extra pictures if necessary.
Low starting prices attract more buyers on eBay as they get more excited.

Be honest about the condition of your item. The more information buyers have, the more likely they are to bid.
